West Coast Integrative Mental health is now using the electronic health record system and patient portal called SimplePractice. All patient information has been transferred over from Luminello to SimplePractice.
Please contact your provider to request a superbill for appointments prior to June 26th, 2024. Moving forward, SimplePractice offers patients automatically generated superbills. Patients will receive email notifications that a superbill is ready for them.
SimplePractice offers a streamlined app for your app to manage your appointment, messaging, and billing information.
Established patients: please look out for an email with instructions on how to set up your new SimplePractice account. Once you create your account, bookmark the link below to quickly access the SimplePractice portal.
New patients: please complete a request for services. You will be prompted to choose a 15-min appointment time. This is NOT an appointment, only a request for services. Our office manager will message you consent forms and a welcome message through the SimplePractice portal.
